New HERB issue is out!

The new issue of "Higher Education in Russia and Beyond" focuses on university graduates in the labor market.

The articles in the issue open discussion on the following topics:

• the impact of educational characteristics, such as university quality, the level of educational programs on labor market outcomes of university graduates;
