CInSt presentations at the International Russian Higher Education Conference 2019
More than 160 proposal were submitted to the conference and only 64 papers were accepted among which there are 3 presentations by CInSt researchers.
Andrey Lovakov and Stanislav Avdeev discussed the field of higher education from the inside out. Andrey revealed the multidisciplinary roots of higher education which turned out to be sociology, physiology and economics. Stanislav looked at patterns of international collaboration among higher education scholars: EU researchers are more likely to collaborate with international co-authors than North American and Asian scholars. Denis Ananin discussed characteristics of higher education systems in Germany, France, Russia and the US.
Maria Yudkevich opened the conference and presented main books and research projects in higher education. Ilya Prakhov, Victor Rudakov and Anna Panova chaired sessions on economics of education and university management.
