Timur Natkhov Speaks at Seminar at the University of Manchester

The Head of LIA gave a talk at a regular research seminar of the Arthur Lewis Laboratory of Comparative Development

The Arthur Lewis Laboratory of Comparative Development at the University of Manchester specializes in the study of the economic history of Europe and Southeast Asia. The laboratory holds regular academic seminars; on February 1, 2024, Timur Natkhov presented at one of these seminars with a talk titled: "All Along the Watchtower: Military Landholders and Origins of Serfdom in Russia." The seminar proved valuable for establishing productive academic exchange and long-term scholarly contacts between the two laboratories.
